Try disabling your USB and/or COM ports in the BIOS.
Also, try moving the SB Live to a different PCI slot.

Just go to safe mode > control panel > system > device manager and remove everything related to your sound card. Then, reboot in normal mode and the SB should be redetected.

Try disabling COM1 and COM2 and/or USB if you don't use them. This should give you more IRQs.
