I am having trouble finding a sblive. Is the above card any good?

I thought I had a trade going for a sblive full retail. That is the $150+ version, but I think the guy is going to back out because my ram is -10s not -8s or better. I'll look into that other card.

I am getting an Athy 850, Epox k7xa, voodoo5 5500 and I just remembered I forgot about a sound card. What do you guys recommend? Not too expensive please. I am low on funds because of the above. ...
