Thanks for the help, but, that isn't the problem either. I have checked the AutoEA, Environmental Audio, Mixer, and Speaker settings; and I don't have any EAX settings on.

It's not that type of popping. It also has some sort of wack *** reverb sound, so that the voices don't play properly at all, they are jumping etc.
