It should say - "Modem use IRQ ..." (can be altered to use available IRQ's)
Mine is Award Bios and is under the heading
Power Management Setup.

You should be able to assign a different IRQ for your modem in your bios setup.
On mine it is in Power Management Setup.

Keep receiving e-mail from various people having trouble locating ALS120 soundcard driver for win 9x. If anyone out there wants this driver I will be happy to send zipped version via e-mail....
