wave device for voice modem is part of your modem drivers, when asked for it, it should be on themodem driver cd.

I would like to put a mic socket on the front of my pc, I have a soundblaster live value, does anyone know which of the expansion pins are the mic in?, or have a link?

Im not an expert on computer sounds- only have/need a sblaster 128, BUT my I love my audio equipment, and in the world of hi-hi there is a LARGE difference to be heard by different types of speaker...

Installing the new drivers should fix it.

Hmm, I suppose you could always print it out then use an ocr program and scan it back http://discussions.hardwarecentral.com/smile.gif
