It's not the brightness you need to change, but the gamma setting, if your TNT driver won't allow you to alter them, then go to www.tweak3d.com to find the iDGamme utility.

No! You should be able to get to 350 (3.5x100) or maybe even 360 (4x90), but asking for 400mhz is a bit too much. There seems to be a trend for ridiculous overclocking at the moment - ok, on *some*...

Huh? I fail to see how the cpu and jpg images in IE4 could be connected? Is there someone out there who doesn't like AMD and spends all day thinking up 'AMD doesn't work with this... and AMD doesn't...

Overclocking is simply running your PC at a faster speed than it is designed (or rated) for. This usually means running your CPU at a faster speed - as you have a PII, your overclocking options are...

The chances of pushing of 333 to 400 would be very slim! I'm running my 333 at 350 with no problems - although I had to up to the voltage to 2.3 to get my PC fully stable.

I run my 333mhz K6-2 at 350 (3.5x100 and CPU voltage at 2.3v) with no problems whatsoever.
I don't really have a choice though, because my AOpen AX59Pro motherboard doesn't support a 95Mhz bus...

It an unproved point as to wether or not you can improve overclockability/stablity by grounding the CPU - some people claim it work, other claim that they must be imagining the improvements(!). ...
