whether used by the wise or fools
Such crude instruments of communication
One's meaning can bear no relation
to another's interpretation
Cruel that words are all we've got
to communicate with, but not
so much meaning and so little
as with my words I whittle
Away at the day
Only to try to say
what some may never understand
though I am but a simple man
How many wars have been fought?
how many teas of sadness or joy brought
by such an irrelavent tool
Who was the fool
that made up the concept of the word
