I've thinkin of getting the Abit !!! slotkey, but have recently seen alot about the Iwill Slocket II?
I'm not sure about a Celeron 566 but I'm using the IWill Slotket II with a P3 700. It works great. I'm using it on an Abit BE6-II Motherboard.
I'm using an IWill on my 566 ....currently stable at 918 ( SiSoft shows 921 ) ..... 1.90v
