Hi all,
In a NT Network of course we all know that computers participating with the network their names can be seen from network neighborhood.
my question is: i know it is possible to make computer names not visible from the network neighborhood and we can only see it by doing a map to it's computer name, do u know how?

Yep, add a "$" sign at the end of the share name, e.g. sharedmap$

You are right but even if we put a $ sign on all shares the computer name will still appear in network neighborhood with the netlogon share and printers share.
