I bought a Viva modem(I think it is made by Lucent)that quit working.
The vendor I bought it from went out of biz.
I emailed Lucent Tech, since I did find a Lucent imprinting logo on the modem itself, got no reply. It came with a year warranty.
Question: isn't standard procedure for a user
to contact and send in the defective product direct to the manufacturer?
Also, anyone know who I contact to return a Viva modem for warranty?
