There's a utility called doswinky.exe on MicroSoft's web page that disables the Windows keys in dos prompts. I've heard of a similar util that disables them all the time but I don't know where to get it. Maybe try www.annoyances.org .
Of course, if you have a knife handy for a lever you can always remove the keys... http://www.hardwarecentral.com/discussion/smile.gif
