TI 200 whats a safe overclock W/stock fan?

Asus P4S333-M, P4 2.0Ghz, MSI Nvidia TI200 what is a safe onerclock using the stock fan?
and
while your at it whats a safe OC for the P4 with a stock fan?
and
will overclocking the System overclock the Card also, I mean if my driver says i am at 204/480 and my Sys. is overclocked as well will that mean that I am really at a greater speed on the video card than the driver states?
