Video-In +PCI

I'm looking for a PCI video card which has video-in using a Brooktree chipset for decoding.
This is to suppliment my Geforce256 DDR (which has TV-in but via Phillips SAA7113H decoder IC) for use in other video applications.

I want something cheap because I only want it for 2d video.

Do such cards exist?

Rephrasing my question

Are there any PCI graphics cards with video-in feature which are not 3d accelerators (ie not GeForce/ATI/Voodoo fancy cards)
