Definitely, the Kyro 2 (Hercules 3D Prophet 4500). OEM, for that price. I've had both the Radeon LE and Kyro 2. Sold the LE on ebay within a week - nuf said.

Not sure which card will best fit your needs... gaming? 2d only?... etc, but I can tell you that when you do make a decision head over to http://www.pricewatch.com to get the best deal on the card you choose. I was looking into the Nvidia MX400 64mb cards, the prices aren't too bad.
It depends on your needs. ATI Radeon LE for an all-around card or KyroII for a gaming card.
