help on picking a graghics card

I need help on picking a graphics card out for my new computer. It is a 900 mhz athlon. I want a card that supports video in and out and good for games.

the best video card for video out and video in is the ati radeon all-in-wonder or you can go with the radeon 32mb tv-out or the geforce 2 gts 32mb tv-out
