Don't know whether the card will work on your board. The ALi socket7 chipset which the Gigabyte uses has had 'issues' with all the Nvidia cards since, and including, the TNT2. Somepeople say that the latest ALi AGP miniport driver solves the problem but not always. (The ALi chipset was the first socket7 chipset to support AGP and it was probably reversed engineered from a LX chipset which itself has issues with most modern AGP cards). If you do get it working you may be limited to AGP 1x.
Additionally some mobo's (including many socket 7's) can't supply enough power to the AGP slot causing instabilities. Additionally Gefarces can be picky about power supplies.
In answer to your question about drivers at the moment I would stick with the latest on the nvidia website with are 6.31. If you have problems with graphics corruption try some of the older ones -www.reactorcritical.com has most of them. (it also has a good forum so try posting their about ALi/Gefarce 2MX compatibility). Don't bother with 7.1x at the moment
Hopefully you'll be lucky and you'll get it working in your system

I've flashed the bios to F6 which is newest version and some people say there is a fix for things like that. Where can I get drivers the AGP miniport?
