looking for opinions on the best decent priced video capture card. I am looking at the ATI Rage Fury 32. I want to be able to watch tv/capture tv/videos from the vcr with good quality as well as play 3d games. Is this a good choice?
any other suggestions? i have a k6II 500, 64mb of RAM, soundblaster128 and 15gb hd.

I didn't think the rage fury had Vivo capabilities.
I've got an All in wonder which is okay, but the new radeons, or the Asus Geforce may be a better bet.
The 3d on either of the older Ati cards is Awful in comparison to the Geforce, which I tried today.

they had some reviews of som nice tv tuner cards with capture capabilities.. but it was like 2 weeks ago.. check there older articles..
