Martox m3D

Is there anybody know if Matrox m3D is compatible with S3 Virge DX video card?

I believe the addon card is only good with other matrox, like the millenium. I actually have one somewhere that I don't use since I stopped using the mil. However, I never noticed much of an improvement anyway http://discussions.hardwarecentral.com/frown.gif
