ummmmmmmm.... for ram and cpu, the bigger the number, the better (usually) and for GeForce, it depends for which game, and for what... blah blah blah. overall, GeForce is better. if you want a good budget card, then get the voodoo3.

For hardcore gamers I would recommend a GeForce. Its the fastest and the prettiest card. For the not so hardcore gamer, go with a Voodoo 3 card. Great price and compatible with every game on the planet. The only drawback would be the 16M of RAM and 16bit textures.
