you are right i didn't see any improvements i lost my overclocking utility and can't get it back the regyster-key is still there

Yes that is a known issue, check out the creative faq for a fix:-

I can't use the coolbits program as it keeps giving me that really annoying "this program has performed an illegal action and will be shut down" message on start up.
I've found Powerstrip a really good o/c utillity.
If you find anything these drivers do better or worse post it here please, as I'm trying to get as much data to help later suscribers to this make of Graphics card.

thanks bladerunner cool site i ran 3d mark 2000 lost 80 points in 1024 16bit.could be the processor(333mhz pII)so still don't have
anything positive to say about 3.75 will change to 3.72 again!.nvcpl.dll of the 3.72
version will revive coolbits.
