Upgrade from my TNT to TNT2 M64? Is it worth it?

Any comments?

I picked up an M64 for a friend. Used it on my machine for a while, replaced mn Velocity 4400. the M64 cards are a good upgrade from something a good bit slower, but from the TNT it really wasnt that much different.
