Nope. The laptop will only use what it needs.
How can the computer be that smart?
The laptop doesn't need to be smart. The laptop only consumes 90watts, the power supply can supply up to 130watts. It's like the power supply in a desktop computer, the desktop won't consume more energy because you install a 750watts power supply instead of a 500watts power supply.
