Printer printing distracted colour

Can anyone help me to sort out these problem ?

My printer is printing distracted colour, I mean One colour is printed on different places of the paper. Sometime some place of the page is without colour....

Which printer? (Brand and model number)

BTW, (by the way), the definition of DISTRACTED is:

1: mentally confused, troubled, or remote
2: maddened or deranged especially by grief or anxiety

It looks like the rollers are dirty and or the ink cartridges. The printer properties should have a "clean the heads" option.

Toner cartridge may be worn out, solution: replace toner cartridge.

Those tracks down the page do look like a roller issue. Not sure what I can suggest to fix it though.
