Yes, there are lots of them. They will have a notebook 2.5" hard drive as opposed to a desktop 3.5" drive.
Generally they'll want two USB ports to be able to draw enough power -- a single port is limited to 500mA by the specs. Worth keeping in mind if it's for a slim laptop or something like that. That means 2 powered ports -- ports in a hub that doesn't have an external power supply don't count.
