Yes, I had problems with an Alienware not too long ago. After a very long battle, we did get a full refund. Funny thing is, is that the Alienware cost 3500 dollars. This one cost 1199. The Alienware could play games at max settings, but was VERY HOT and blew up after 28 days. The Alienware was also HUGE and HEAVY. This one is much smaller, very light (about 6.5 pounds) and runs ALL my games. Some of them only run at medium settings, but it is not my primary gaming system. It is perfect for traveling. I am much happier. Now I would just like to find out if I can get a second battery for it, and a charger if they have them. :)
