SniGG, be glad that you dont live in Winnipeg, Canada like I do. this past week was +35-40C and in winter we get -30-40C with out the windchill some times. You know its stupidly cold out when you have your eye freeze shut after about 10mins out side.
50 is perfect for working, i would take 50F all year round because i work outside, its cool enough to wear protective pants and shirts yet it takes a lot to sweat in that weather.
ya that is crazy eyes freezin shut if it even hits single digets here i wont even go outside i cant even imagine the negitives
Dont know how I missed this post but, Hot as hell here. Seen no rain in probably 2 weeks. Todays high 97F, heat index 105f. Been like this for that two weeks. We are now in a official drought. Theres suppose to be a cool front coming in tonight, down to hi 80's tomorrow. Hope it does.
P.S. Bowling Green, Kentucky. U.S.A.
Here in Central California, it has been (except for one day) over 102°F (39°C) for the past 6-7 weeks  :( it suks to be here... :D
we get -2C etc in the winter some times and i dont really find it _that_ cold.
Doesn't get quite that cold here in NYC but when the temp drops to 3F, it's the wind that does ya in. These tall buildings funnel the wind very nicely. You'll turn a corner and it hits ya in the face, and you just stop in your tracks.
-3C people in my city are still in shorts and tshirts.
To answer your original question, wish it would :)
Instead we have as much rainy days as we have sunny ones.
But then again I am sure our world is rapidly moving on remedying this with global warming and everything, that is as long as they dont couse "another" ice age ("" on another because it would not really be another ice age, since technically we still live in one).
Wow  it get -2c or -3c over night here but we don't walk around in shorts and tshirts.Quote:
