Asus AGP V3200

Does anybody know about the ASUS AGP V3200, is it good? can anybody explained to me

I am using ASUS AGP V3400TNT on RIVA TNT, and
pleased with the card. It is not worst among TNT`s, but Canopus Spectra 2500 would be better.
