If you figure it out I want you to make me a quad cored Radeon 850XL. I will buy all 4 cards and then you can piece it together.

I think the big challenge would be making the pcb with all its layers but maybe not. I don't think you can take a rat shack single layer pcb and make one.
Well if I could learn how ^_- lol you just pay for the parts and shipiing and its done.
It'd be impossible to do without input from ATi/nVidia/Samsung etc. Unless of course you plan on copying an existing design, in which case yeah... it'd be possible if you had the required facilities, but why not just go out and buy one, eh?
As far as I know, the PCB design involved does not require much beyond postgrad-level knowledge (under suitable mentorship). Getting a Masters in EE or CE would be a good start.
