hey, where can I get a cool video card (TNT based) that doesn't have all the bells and whistles (eg: video capture, tv in out , etc.)... don't need em, don't want em. jsut want to play games fast on my pc. is there such thing?

Yes there is such a beast, and it is from creative labs. Look for it and ye shall find it.
