i am on the verge of buying a MSI 865PE Neo2-LS mobo
I want to buy 1gb (2x 512 for dual channal) memory
I want to be able to overclock it as much as possible
I already bought a p4 2.6ghz/800mhz bus cpu
Which would be better?
OCZ Performance Series Dual Channel Kit 184 Pin 1GB(512MBx2) DDR PC-3700 - Retail
or
Corsair XMS Extreme Memory Speed Series, (Twin Pack) 184 Pin 1GB(512MBx2) DDR PC-3200 - Retail

I cannot speak for OCZ but my Corsair XMS 333 module is currently running 2.5,3,3,7 @ 440Mhz. I've not had a crash yet running my 2.083@2315Mhz. (Prime95 did give an error for the torture test but I'm currently with the "my games don't crash so..." school of thought.
so do you think i could get the corsair running at 500mhz??
With less agressive memory timings I do think you could achieve 500Mhz out of a DDR400 Corsiar XMS module.
I wouldn't buy anything from OCZ
