What is a good CPU fan and a good case fan whenre you can change the speeds?

Thermaltake a few heatsinks with variable fans, LINK.
What do you mean a FEW heatsinks? Does the A1365 (Smart & Silent Volcano 9) include everything I need? Heatsink +CPU fan? if not can you link me to a good heatsink to use with the Volcano 9 or 11?
careful with the thermaltake smart fan 2, my two week old fan just burnt up on its own.... svc is replacing it and crediting shipping costs though

My smart fan 2 is currently running at 2800rpm and keeps my XP 1800 @ 1.68GHz on a thermalright SK-6+ heatsink at a nice 49ºc full load :)
