http://www.quietpc.com is probably your best bet if you want quiet fans (do have a UK base)
Otherwise
www.tekheads.co.uk
www.theoverclockingstore.co.uk
www.overclcockers.co.uk
www.coolpc.co.uk
One option to consider is these fan voltage modifiers which are now available which reduce the fan voltage down to 7V from 12V - even Maplins are selling them now.
they don't have to be really quiet, just around the 30 dba mark would be fine.
Maplin also does a reasonable range of fans. They stock a few of the quietPC fans.
Personally tho, I'd get some YS-techs off one of Blinky's recommended site if you want a good trade off between performance/noise/cost.
I think theoverclockingstore still do free shipping
I haven't looked for them in the UK yet, but if you can find them the new Cooler Master fans with dual rifle bearings are supposedly the mutt's nuts.
MuFu.
