Nina Williams of the Tekken series.
This is tough becuase there are not many lead female characters in games. Lara is nice but overexposed. I thought her "enhancements" in the later games became a little ridiculous. Second is Kerrigan from Starcraft before she became a freak.

I agree with Tcthug2,
I'd say no virtual girl can top Tifa from Final Fantasy 7. She looks so damn good in those FMV's.

The problem with these chicks is that they're unrealistic.
They all have large boobs, tight asses, and sexy legs. Does it really matter in terms of playability? Does having silicon enhanced images of a girl makes the game any better?
I doubt a game playing chick really cares how her character looks.
BTW, my votes goes to Cammy from Street Fighter. She's a bit more realistic.
I just started playing the No One Lives Forever demo, so I'm going to say the chick agent in that game.
