I had a MS joystick die on me just out of the time perod that Best Buy would take it back (30 days). Has anyone here ever returned defective merch to MS? How the hell do you do it? I can't find the info. I'm sure it's on the (Tholian)web site, but where?

I have about as much faith in e-mailing them as I do trying to talk to them on the phone. But I guess. Of course that will mean trying to find the right address... on their web site... cripes.
