Cant log on

when ever i sttart up windows and turn up to the logon selection screen,after typing in a password a blue errorscreen shows up saying

"A fatal exeception 0E has occurred at 016F:BFF9DBA7"

anyone know wots up?

have you tried accessing your pc on safe mode?

does your pc have a NIC (Network Interface Card)?

if you try the software forum or the support forum you might have more luck, not many people check this forum.
