In settings- I tried to install a printer in settings and my printer port disappeared. If I go into control pannel- system- ports- I can find the printer port with the proper IRQs/Interrupts and is working properly. Since there is no LPT 1 listed in settings to assign to my printer, my printer will not print. Does anyone have any idea how I can get it back.

sktupper...you might have better luck with your problem if you click on the Peripherals forum at the top of the page..
