This is a bit too much in my opinion...
It`s not all about who is getting the most attention... It`s about who will make a good moderator. I dont think all these threads are necessary [or giving the right impressions for that matter]...

No, they're not necessary at all. They're just here. Maybe one thread for prospective Moderators, but no more than that. Or just one thread for everyone.
