I had too reinstall Windows XP, In doing so I went in regedit and was resetting some tweaks, I got them all set except one, there is a regedit or some tweak that i had that i want back, i had it set that when my mouse went over lets say "programs" under the "Start" tab that the programs window would pop up so fast it would freak you out! Well I have lost that setting and now it takes a little less than a second....and I dont like it...anyone know what the setting is...Help!!

Start-menu speed
The default speed of the Start menu is slow. But you can speed it up by changing its delay. In the registry, navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Control Panel \ Desktop \ MenuShowDelay
The default value is 400. Change it to 0 to speed things up.
