You know the cable that comes with the Sanyo Denki 80x80x32 mm, 53 CFM fan? A 4-Pin power connector and a 3pin connector for tachometer (RPM).

Make one. Just cut the red and black from a three pin and connect them to a four pin. Pretty easy.
