What is a Voltage Core?

I download Hardware Sensors Monitor & under the Voltage Core, it show +1.65V and I got a warning. Is votlage normal?

Your warning is going off because you punched in 1.65... are you running an Intel Pentium III 650 or higher?

Let us know... that should be set to about 1.75 if you aren't overclocking.
