If your Mobo supports it, Motherboard Monitor works great for temp/fan/voltage monitoring from Windows and it's free. (I prefer the 4.18 version.)

You can also check it in your BIOS. Or Sandra software tells you too, if I recall correctly.
Motherboard monitor is the best so far for me

yeah,
there are many ways too check. But for constantly updated("realtime") data, Motherboard Monitor is the best I've seen.
