My T-bird(700) @ 900 will not go any further than that. It is running very cool for be clocked at that speed. When I try for 950 the computer turns it self off half way through booting into ME. I have a lot in my system running off a 250 watt.......do you think thats causing it?
aww..poor you..only able to overclock by 200mhz. Thats a measly 28% increase in speed.

250 should be enough, try bumping the voltage.

My money is on the PSU. Replace it with a AMD recommended 350+ watt PSU and watch your problems disappear.
