Memory bites the dust

Well, one of my "overclocked since day one" stick of Apacer Infineon memory (128 MB) sticks has bit the dust http://discussions.hardwarecentral.com/frown.gif It no longer responds and when used alone, the system beeps like there's no memory present. I personally think the SPD module crapped out but oh well, it doesn't work.

Anyone have any recommendations for a replacement stick (or two)??

Most memory have lifetime warrenty. Just get it replaced.

OC'ed in what way? clock speed or latency?

I overclocked it to CAS 2 from a stock designation of CAS 3.

Also, for some strange reason the P3B-F has no option for 3.3 V (it uses 3.5 V by default)
