I just overclocked a P2 400(100Mhz bus) to 448(112Mhz bus) and a P3 600(133Mhz bus) to 675(150Mhz bus) both running stable.
Am I able to leave them running like this all the time without ruining the componants in the computers?
The P3 is the retail version so the heatsink and the fan were already on it. Should this be enough cooling? (It usually runs all day and sometimes night)
should I keep it at these settings or back off a bit?
P.S. the voltages are the exact same as they were when I bought the computers.

Shouldn't be a problem, that's nothing extreme...
Or what do you other guys say?

At default voltages I say you're pretty safe as long as you don't have high ambient temps.
Consider an extra case fan or something inexpensive as a safe guard during summer months.
