I have found some pretty good peltiers for a decent price and they are potted.
What exactly does potted mean? Does it mean that it's already insulated and doesn't cause condensation?
I would appreciate if someone could explain this to me please.

Yesh, potted refers to a peltier already being insulated from condensation. If you haven't tried to install a peltier before, getting a pre-potted peltier is highly recommended!

Well...already insulated...yes and no...the peltier itself is sealed around the edges...but you still need to insulate the colplate and such...
