BIOS is searching for hard drives.
Does it say "HighPoint" or "HPT366" ?
That's the built-in ATA66 IDE channels. They run under a separate BIOS, kinda.
Is there a hard drive problem?
Or were you just asking what that was? http://discussions.hardwarecentral.com/smile.gif

free moderation....and worth every penny.
All modern mobos will search for IDE devices plugged into it's IDE channels upon booting up. After all if you don't have a mass storage device (hard disk drive) of some sort, how are you going to boot into an OS?

-=S_Klass=- I tweak... therefore I am.
Just wanted to know for now, Guess I could disable it becaus I am running a Western 2.5 udma33 and seagate 4.3 udma 33 right now.
Oh also when I boot and get to windows on taskbar at the start menue, It says drive memory error, is that because I havent loaded the MASS storage drivers??
