hI GUYS unfortunately when I bought my Geforce, i was on vacation and I didn't have the privalege of gaining advice from this board, which is why i bought a SDR Geforce. Crappy.... Anyways, what If I was able to overclock the ram to lets say 200mhz, will my performance come any closer to the DDR 300mhz version at all??? ANy opinions are welcome

Yes, it will.
I have a GeForce SDR too, memory 195 core 147 without extra cooling, but my case is open though.
In Q3, in 1024x768 all best it differs tiny 6 fps...
