That is almost definately enough cooling. Only if you get bad luck and get a bad Celeron you might need a better cooling method. But you probably you dont. if it crashes in games, then you need better cooling.

Have 2 peltiers next to each other with a copper (preferably) cold plate to distribute the heat from the processor to the peltiers.
