Should be able to get 166 (2.5 x 66) or 200 (3 x 66) maybe even 233 (3.5 x 66)
166 Mhz is all I ever got out of a Pentium 150. Maybe you'll have better luck?
I'm currently running my P150 at 166 (2.5x66) How much farther you go depends a lot upon the cooling sytem you have and how well your com is running as you go up steep by step.
I made it do 180MHz (with two fan's)
