Changing the FSB (front side bus) DOES overclock the SDRAM chips along with nearly everything else in the system.
Hello..if you want to make your ram run faster..u have to set the FSB higher...it depends on what kind of ram you're using...if you have PC-100 SDRAM..set it to 100MHz FSB in order to use it at full capacity...well u might able to use it under 133MHz+ FSB but it might be unstable/crashed. Also, goto BIOS check the setting.
